We at G&G believe that a restaurant is more than a place to eat and drink. For us, a restaurant is a communal space – a place to share a meal and a conversation with friends, family, and community. As such, we are committed to sharing not only our space but our values. We proudly support local producers, vendors, farmers, ranchers, and craftspeople. You will find that our menu is not tied to any one particular cuisine but instead is tied to the seasonal ingredients we procure and from our farmers, ranchers, and vendors. We let the ingredients guide us and pull techniques from multiple cultures to make the ingredients shine and represent our beautiful region as best we can. We create food the slow way, making everything from scratch, from pickles to jams to cured meats. We butcher, cure and process all of our meats in house from scratch to make sure that every protein that hits your tables is just the way it should be. 

Our beer, wine, and cocktail lists are carefully curated every month to pair perfectly with the menu. We feature some of the region’s most award-winning breweries and wineries, including pFriem Brewery, Double Mountain Brewery, Teutonic Winery and so many more.
